Kids Ballroom
Any age and level

At Pivot Dance Club our primary goal is to empower dancers of all levels, from beginners to advanced, to achieve their fullest creative potential. Our Kids Ballroom program is not just about teaching ballroom dancing. The dance is a tool for getting the children to break down social barriers, learn about honor and respect, treat others carefully, improve self-confidence, communicate and cooperate, and accept others even if they are different.

Dancers ages 6 to 10

Groups and Private Lessons

Children start learning the fundamental structures of Ballroom and Latin dances, which involve choreography and technique. Additionally, they will be introduced to three out of the five Latin-American dances and two out of the five International Standard Dances.

Dancers ages 11 to 15

Groups and Private Lessons

At this age, students will learn and experience five Latin-American Dances as well as five International Standard Dances, which they can include in their educational resume. The classes will focus on teaching the basics and fundamentals of choreography and technique, as well as covering the Open Advanced curriculum.

Dancers ages 16 to 19

Groups and Private Lessons

At this age, students will have the opportunity to learn both the 5 Latin-American Dances and the 5 International Standard Dances. These dances can be included in their educational resume, depending on their skill level. The classes will cover various aspects, starting from the basics and fundamentals, and progressing to advanced techniques in choreography, as well as the Open Advanced curriculum.
